Pressed4Time is a sophisticated dry cleaning pick-up and delivery service that will provide a significant employee benefit to your company at no cost. Here is how it works.

Pressed4Time is convenient and easy to use. Once a service area for pick-up and delivery is designated, your co-workers need only complete two steps:


Every customer receives a Pressed4Time valet bag. Simply place garments in the valet bag with a completed order slip and leave it at the designated pick-up area. Special instructions regarding stains or repairs should be noted.
   
Orders are picked up on the next scheduled service day and payments are left at the designated service area.

While customer satisfaction is guaranteed, things don't always go as planned. If customer claims arise, we promise to handle them in a fair and timely manner. Our claims system is based on the ANSI's 'Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.' Our policy is as follows.
If a customer is unhappy with the pressing and/or cleaning of their garment, we will clean/press the garment again at no charge.
If a new garment is damaged in the cleaning process we will either return the garment to the store where purchased for replacement or credit or refund the cost of the garment.
If a garment is damaged and it is unclear who is responsible, Pressed4Time will pay to have the garment analyzed by a IFI's garment analysis laboratory. Restitution will be made based upon the lab's report.
